Sean Michael Flowers has over seven years of market research experience. Having been involved in every aspect of project development and execution (interviewing through reporting), Sean has been a part of numerous qualitative and quantitative studies.
He has worked with a wide range of corporate clients, including Microsoft, BP, Applica, and AT&T; he led KPMG’s customer satisfaction program for 7 years, successfully completing and reporting on over 7,000 in-depth C-suite and senior management interviews at more than 500 companies around the world; and he managed Shell Oil’s U.S. brand tracker.
